And that's not stable for the game you're playing?  Try upping the voltage more.  1.218 is pretty low.  To run 1500 shouldn't need a whole lot more, but....could have a leaky card.  What's the ASIC quality?

That's the thing. It's stable in Valley but when I game it crashes

Each bit of software is different.  You could be stable in 50 different games, and it'll still crash in one other one.

Top right of GPUz, there's 3 lines.  Click on it, it'll bring up a window with 3 tabs.  One is for ASIC quality.

That's not bad...not great, but not bad.  Should be able to run 1500 pretty easy and be stable in everything.   Just need to find the right settings for the software you're using.

I've always used Firestrike Ultra graphics test 1 and 2 looped for an hour or so to find a stable overclock.  It's pretty hard to watch though.....

Mine is 69.5%

Is good for 1565Mhz on the Core in my case.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

not really, they are almost all good. the Gigabyte G1 is what i have and its petty good for cooling, the ASUS Turbo is the IMO best looking one and the SSC is probably the most popular

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Usually, anything above 70% is considered pretty good.  I had a 73% that'd do 1607, an 80% that'd do 1650 and several cards between...for benchmarking.  Every card I had, ran at 1531 for a daily clock.

damn, you can get them for like $100 here in Sweden lol. well not a bad deal tbh i got mine new and its a 67%... sucks ass at handeling heat it seems when it comes to overclocking. it hits 60C and shit just breaks it seems

Mine is fully stable under full load and 76C... It was 160 cad, so 120 USD. Still $100...damn nice.

All my GPUs were under water.  Heat plays a big role in the overclock for Maxwell.  The cooler they run, the higher they'll be able to boost.

well its only when i have OCs on it does that

I'm on reference for now... but G10+H55 combo is waiting for the weekend ;) I just need to figure out how to deal with VRM's

This is the fastest I ever got a single card to run.  It was the 80% ASIC GPU.  For FS runs, it'd do 1650 and on Valley / Heaven 1633.  Memory clocks between 2125 and 2163, also depending on the benchmark.

The highest graphics score I got in FS with a single card was 14880 (13.1k overall).  Highest graphics score for an SLI run was 28332 (21.6k overall).

I have that combo on my 970 now! And I was able to get it stable for now. Gonna run more tests to see if I can clock higher
