I'm coming from BF3 so in BF4 maybe it was different, but weapons are a lot more balanced now, you can actually play every single class without too many problems, if anything explosives are the most unbalanced thing, at least to me.

i haven't had this much fun playing games for a while. lots of excitement throughout the game. and my pc is whisper quiet while playing it too haha. would buy it, but my head is locked on to gta 5 rn.

I love the Hotwire mode a lot. I love car chases and I love the shooting. I can only hope GTA V has a similar game mode and PC is done right... Because I can't justify spending so much money on a BF game, lol. I spent a total of $45 on bf4, 3, 2, and bc2. Not gunna get hardline until it's like $20. I like it, just not for $70 lol

Its not terrible, but I don't feel compelled to pony up cash when it comes out. I think I'd rather spend that money on GTA V even though I had it on ps3.

Didn't really like it too much, it looks great and runs great but the time too kill and map size vs number of players really makes it feel like a cluster fuck.

Not a fan of the way the maps although asymmetric feel quite symmetrical. Did like the motorcycles though.

Meh somes up it really well. I dont dislike it and I dont like it. Feels like it stop gap B team game and that's exactly what it is. I canceled my pre order months ago based on all the gameplay footage I saw online...trailer was fantastic and I was hooked but the more gameplay I saw the more I was let down. Now after playing it a while I know I made the right decision for sure. Dont get me wrong, it has fun moments but not full retail price fun moments. I think if it has a decent game population when its on sale for 20 bucks then it's a buy at that price. 

 

I dont see anything changing that drastically before launch that will change my opinion about this game at full retail. Highlight of the game is a sandstorm that looks great...says it all.

It doesn't bring anything. It's a mess, I thought I was playing CoD or something.

i can't get the shit to work.

 

If i change the res to 1080p it only shows a quarter of the screen (Crosshair in bottom right of screen) i'm wondering if its doing some funky downsampling.

It runs smooth for me, and its a hell of a lot better then I thought it would be but still not enough to make me want to buy it... more COD feeling than BF IMO and hotwire would have been heaps better with larger maps IMO.

well after 6 hours of game here is my preview

 

If there is teamwork at both teams, the game is amazing well balanced and a treat to play.

Yesterday tho I tried to play with it and basically it was TDM everywhere. no teamwork, not playing for the targets... and that was quite frustrating

My experience with this Beta is good. I enjoyed the game, but not enough to buy it at launch day... maybe i will some day when the price drops significantly... or bypass it and wait for BF5.

 

The game ran smoothly for me and the game mode that i enjoyed most was Heist, great packed action in thight corners. Next was Hotwire, had immense fun playing that mode, but the vehicles physics is not that great. Conquest is just more of the same.

 

I had one encounter with an hacker - COMMON HACKERS ALREADY !!?? - So i decided to record his gameplay in spectator mode and report him:

I played for a few hours and I'm honestly kind of disappointed. It's really not all that fun. The only thing I found enjoyable was the car chases. But even that got old after a few hours. It's still beta so I can't fully judge yet but I will not be picking this up when it's released.
