On topic, you have to be a true moron to steal a iDevice these days. The activation lock makes them largely useless if you want to steal for personal use. It does make for some pissed off used buyers who get these from thieves not knowing they are permanently locked to the original owner, barring some serious workarounds (which disable the cellular radio thus rendering the phones and LTE equipped iPads useless anyways)
