Although I cannot tell if a user is trolling, if true its very disappointing to see so many users slam another users decision and openly insult their intelligence.

 

If they did trade for whatever reason and it made them happy then good for him. I'm not one of those that goes around judging others or insulting them because you don't know if the user is finding it funny (If they are trolling) or rather upsetting (If the user is genuine).

Because my rig (in signature) has 1 7970 and can play any game 1080P 60FPS.

 

You could have sold one 7970 and got a bought a used Xbox One and picked up Forza 5 in Black Friday or something.

 

A friend of mine is still on a 2500K with a GTX970. So what if it's old? The Xbox One is brand new and can't even play any game at decent details and 1080P. And this console is supposed to be future proof for the next 7 years (Where 4k will be evolved) and it can't even play games at 1080P.

Either way, I'm glad I didn't make that decision. I still run an i7 860 2.8 that still is more powerful than an Xbox ones processing power.

Hmmm Forza 5... It's a shame that it tries so hard to be a sim because it's so far behind other sims, even ones released years ago.

I think I got a pretty good trade too.  My old computer had a 3770k and CFX 7970s so I think the One should be just about as strong but I have FORZA now which makes my day.  

I could have gotten an Xbox One with 5 games of my choice and 1 controller for less than $400 during the 6 days after Christmas (and that is still more expensive than my original xbox, which came with 3 games, 2 controllers and the DVD playback kit for just over $350) . You really got ripped off, especially considering your gaming PC was a hell of a lot better (spec wise) and would have lasted you years with only a few upgrades here and there.
