Oh wow, the server is saying there's something wrong and that it's too busy, I wonder if something's wrong?

They moved the server to a new host, so they are fixing stuff that is having issues real-time, and that is why some forum functions are temporarily out of service.

I was getting that that error message all day friday (21st Nov 2014). butit'd been fine for me today :)

The issue with really slow loading times and "too busy to handle your request" errors seems to be resolved now.

Quoting not working (along with several other features) is a known issue, and we are working to resolve the issue. If you wish to continue the discussion, please do so in this thread.
