None, lol, just the shape (triangular?) resembles it. :P

Its actually just depth perception I think! The piece of fish was cut into a rectangle but the tail of the fish tapers off a bit giving a bit of a triangle look from that angle.

I've never seen it. And I've lived in the south where there's real sweet tea.

Yes but you're not supposed to eat just pasta.

Eating just pasta will kill you eventually, everyone needs variety

All those carbs are just gonna be stored as glycogen/fat

If you want to gain mass, youre going to have to eat lots of proper food, like pasta, and i dont mean mac&cheese

I never said I wanted to, and I don't anyway.

My brain isn't working today, meant to put out.

You're not the only one whose brain is not working... I literally had trouble remembering how "pancake" is said in english... Had to use Google Translation.... My brain is just not working, and i'm just about to start writing/typing a few pages on topics such as: Rationalism, Empiricism, Voluntarism, Descartes's Ethics... All of them in my non native language (english)... It'll be fun!

I lifted for 4 years, still have the benefits a year later.

Protein is what you need, primarily eggs. And don't be of those retards that throws away the yolk, that's the most healthy part.

Eggs are only 80 kcal a piece and they increase the good cholesterol. Also dirt cheap and packed with vitamins. 8 grams of protein per egg.

Eggs are one of the best foods if you think about it.

Sorry that was the troll way of putting it. Do any of you workout? ;P

Well, not really... I don't like working out at home (or studying for that matter), since i always get distracted... I do like taking walks, but it's boring doing it by myself, my best friend is too social (and has a girlfriend), and i don't have a girlfriend (or have a need for one...)...

Like i said, i'll be going to the gym as soon as i get into college :D I'm gunning for scholarship :D

I have found the trick with these is just oil (I use spray) and crushed garlic or garlic powder if I'm real lazy and maybe a touch of oregano and then fresh tomato as the last topping for a little moisture. Tomato base is just too much

Not too much cheese and 220°C/430°F for 12-15 minutes.

I keep the bread in the freezer with some left over chopped up Christmas ham

It's a big fat lie and has been disproven. I was told this as a child also. They are actually very low GI and one of the best things to eat to start the day
