Its actually just depth perception I think! The piece of fish was cut into a rectangle but the tail of the fish tapers off a bit giving a bit of a triangle look from that angle.

I have found the trick with these is just oil (I use spray) and crushed garlic or garlic powder if I'm real lazy and maybe a touch of oregano and then fresh tomato as the last topping for a little moisture. Tomato base is just too much

Not too much cheese and 220°C/430°F for 12-15 minutes.

I keep the bread in the freezer with some left over chopped up Christmas ham

Hmm, i don't like tomatoes on my pizza... Especially since it's out of the season, and beside the fact that even those that you find (which are expensive) also haven't ripened enough....

 

Will try that with garlic :) I usually don't eat it since my classmates and friends have a problem with smell... Even though i absolutely love it! I could eat it everyday...

 

As for cheese, i like it, a lot :D I like when  i cut a slice of pizza and melted cheese is overflowing :D :D :D

 I was planning to go buy some pizza dough (really can't be bothered to make my own, even though it'd be so much better) and make my own pizza....

 

its really only 5 minutes of work and I set it aside I've got 3 pizzas worth of dough sitting around right now in the fridge but I'm probably going to just go through leftovers tonight. I don't even measure my ingredients anymore and now I just transfer live dough with yeast into a new mix and keep yeast going that way. so basically the only ingredients I use is flour water salt and live dough. its a nice feeling knowing that I got a homemade pizza as a fallback option for any meal

EDIT: also with 2 wooden spoons my hands never ever get caked in dough really there is no mess

I just make a pastry base with just milk, flour and milk.

It looks like that chocolate that you can find here that's a ruined ganache gone wrong because of too much oil. 

 

Yeah I know what you are talking about but if you use butter instead of oil you get that nice glossy look and it doesn't effect the taste as it blends well with the cream

I refuse to use compound chocolate. I usually have a spare bar or two of high quality semi sweet on hand for emergencies

"Emergencies" :P I never used compound chocolate, it's the worst, but I can't find high quality chocolate anywhere except maybe in the Commissary during Christmas time.

I want to get buffalo wings tomorrow at this quality snackbar nearby but.... they give me diarrhea and a burning a-hole.......because buffalo wings are spicy. (Only this spicy food that gives me this problem actually, other spicy foods don't at all)

Today i went to my father's workplace to eat. And since he works for the government, and they have their own messroom/restaurant that's really cheap i ate a lot :D It has something to do with them not paying taxes for food since it's a government eatery or something like that :D

 

They have really good food (a lot of people want to work for the government, stable income :D That's included good chef's) :D

 

I basically ate my fill with boiled peas, some potatoes (i don't know what kind of way of making that is... It's not mashed it's not baked... Though it's pretty similar to mashed ones :D), a slice of bread and some salad :D And my father had something :) It was literally around 2$ :D Maybe next time i'll take a picture :D
