Its actually just depth perception I think! The piece of fish was cut into a rectangle but the tail of the fish tapers off a bit giving a bit of a triangle look from that angle.

I used to use my salt mill but repurposed it for coriander seeds instead. salt is a rock there are no essential oils and flavors to be unlocked by cracking the mineral structure the only thing that is being done is affecting the coarseness and possibly pulverizing it into a fine powder, which ordinary table salt does a fine job at doing

 

I haven't yet evolved into the next level of hipster foody by purchasing artisan 'terroir' sea salts from different regions of the world which usually have a coarser rockier consistency that would benefit a good grind at the table

one day perhaps my food will taste like I licked the coastlines of France or the spicy brine of Africa but not today.

It's not really that the salt tastes better. It's more the way its distributed with the salt grinder. either way it seems to do something  ^_^

I just ate rice with vegetables and......fish.

 

I don't know what fish, but my mom had it cooked when I came home.

 

Good food it was.

that sounds awfully healty compared to a lot of stuff here

Jam is a Giant MEH food for me :D

I like it, but it's not anything amazing, it's good enough :D

 

Also, for that mistake i'm blaming, again, my father... Oh well, it wasn't bad, it was meh (that combination i mean)... :P

So, you only know how Nutella tastes and you immediately say it's better O.o-_-

 

 

I hate Nutella

Too chocolately... Eurcokrem has also a whit portion without any cocoa :D I especially like mixing it together :D Eurokrem and pancakes (french, those very thin ones) are to die for :D:D:D

I've never tried the other stuff, so I'm gonna say Nutella is better.
