Nvidia GTX Titan II Discussion - Price Estimate?

Let's discuss the upcoming Nvidia GTX Titan II.

Anyone dare to make an estimated guess on the Titan II price tag?

Leaked specs:
"The GTX Titan II will be manufactured using a 28nm process - the same as Nvidia's existing Maxwell parts - and will allegedly feature a whopping 3,072 CUDA cores: over 1,000 more than the GTX 980. There's also a wider 384-bit GDDR5 memory bus with lossless texture compression, connected to a huge 12 GB of memory.

Leaked clock speeds suggest the card will be running at 1,100 MHz with a 1,390 MHz boost and memory clocked at 6,000 MHz."

great insight and reasoning there <_<

C'mon its 256 or even a 384 bit bus is nothing compared to stacked ram, and a 4096 bit bus.  :P

The rumored 4096 bit bus also consumes 2GB of DRAM though.

Within the range of the Original Titans MSRP at release date.

Dear GPU manufacturers,

Can you guys just look into putting a killer cooler on it and boost the clock to like 1.5GHz if you can't offer huge boosts?

Thank you.

Yeah, no freaking way I'm gonna be paying for a 12GB GPU lol....that Titan II is gonna be like $1,200...even if it's $1000....I think I'll pass with my GTX970 for a 1/3 of the price. Only reason you need that is if you're doing something crazy...the majority of gamers don't need anything near that ridiculous or expensive unless you wanna be playing on a 78 monitor setup in 12k resolution at 240hz lol.

Current PC build: [CPU: Intel i7 8700k] [GPU: GTX 1070 Asus ROG Strix] [Ram: Corsair LPX 32GB 3000MHz] [Mobo: Asus Prime Z370-A] [SSD: Samsung 970 EVO 500GB primary + Samsung 860 Evo 1TB secondary] [PSU: EVGA SuperNova G2 750w 80plus] [Monitors: Dual Dell Ultrasharp U2718Qs, 4k IPS] [Case: Fractal Design R5]

When is the excepted release date?

Nvidia representative: "We are not allowed to share information about products due in the near future"

Maybe this at December or Q1 of 2015.

If you're in the market for a GPU, wait till the 390X series comes out.

What's good about the 390x?. It would have to be something good to persuade me from buying a nvidia card.

That's a lot but what is the difference between a 4096 bus and a 384 bus (sorry I don't know much about that stuff). Also when will it be released and how much will the 390x be?
