they also managed to run it at higher clock speeds but i will  turn into artifacts

Can't wait to see the result of 4 cards OCed really well, (good chips), maybe with liquid nitrogen. 

But this is still really cool. 

I've always loved those coolers, and they look great in sli

Screens- Acer preditor XB241H (1080p, 144Hz Gsync), LG 1080p ultrawide, (all mounted) directly wired to TV in other room

Stuff- k70 with reds, steel series rival, g13, full desk covering mouse mat

All parts black

Workstation(desk)- 3770k, 970 reference, 16GB of some crucial memory, a motherboard of some kind I don't remember, Micomsoft SC-512N1-L/DVI, CM Storm Trooper (It's got a handle, can you handle that?), 240mm Asetek based AIO, Crucial M550 256GB (upgrade soon), some hard drives, disc drives, and hot swap bays

Pretty sure the 290x he had to RMA before he could sell me it probably happened because of those benchmarks lol

okay, 4 way SLI might be useless in everyday use, but it is damn sexy...

not REALLY...as of recent, ESPECIALLY on the AMD side, it's actually scaling really well.

It's not water cooling. It's phase change. 

 

as he said it's phase change. it's VERY effective, but your temps go below freezing so you need to protect against condensation.

It's to the point where you have to really worry about condensation. The temperatures are typically sub zero. Like sometimes below -30 Celsius, more towards -40.  Then why liquid nitrogen for extreme overclocking? Even colder. Like -196c (boiling point)

The advantage to phase change is you can technically run it 24/7. Not really practical though, but you can.
