I already have everything except the power supply.

I’d get the CX750M if you can spend the extra money

Budget (including currency): $70

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I would like fully modular but I can deal with semi.

No, TT Smart 600w 80+ is never worth to buy, not even when it's new. Up to $70 you can buy a pretty decent unit like https://pcpartpicker.com/product/8LNxFT/msi-mag-a-bn-650-w-80-bronze-certified-atx-power-supply-mag-a650bn

specs of your system?

12v = 42a = 504w so its basically a 500w, pretty bordereline by my standards but as long as you arent running something over a 3070/6700xt or at most an undervolted 6800xt youll be fine but thats assuming you arent running intel or atleast a lower power draw cpu

it has survived 8 years already so it has proven its quality and it shouldnt random die on you unless its age related, id expect another 5-7 years out of it

It’s OK for now but since it’s quite low in the tier list I wouldn’t
