Not happy with the pricing of the GTX 780 so I'm buying a second GTX 670 FTW+ instead.

The next gen AMD. I'm still pretty far from actually having a true gaming rig.

I have a Core2Duo E7500 OC with Inno3d GT 430.... Barely plays Crysis Warhead.

Probably when I really need some baws hardware I can beg my parents to let me buy parts.

I try to wait every other generation or more until I upgrade. My GTX 670 does everything I want on my 42inch 1080P tv so upgrading isn't nessicary anytime soon. I'll wait til 800 Series. Also just want to say no modern games really interest me. I'm a die hard TF2 & CS fan, so a 670 is really overkill. Bioshock Inf is really the only "modern" game I play.

CPU: 3570K @ 4.3Ghz MOBO: ASUS P8z77-v Deluxe RAM: 2-4GB Gskill GPU: EVGA 670 FTW SSD: Vertex 4 256 Case: CM HAF 932

The moment it arrives, the unboxing, and installation!

(In advance)Please forgive the lack of liquid cooling in my case(Magnum TH10) for now, have to get worthy components, which I have now!

I might see if I can snag some used 7950s or 670s for cheap.

I've been thinking of that, I'm hopeing it'll knock the 600's down because I want a GTX 660 with my Core i3

I plan to, sorry man, but I will be using an EK Nickle-Plexi w/ backplate so it will still look pretty sweet, and run just...asdfkljahsff.... so excited!

It is just the EVGA reference card.

Cool but the 7870 is still a pretty decent card, I'm rocking Intel HD 2000 right now till I can get the money for either a GTX 650 Ti Boost or a GTX 660

You're right, it was a good card and once I got the OC tuned in it ran very well!, but I am going for a super high end Liquid cooled setup so I wanted something "stupid baller", as Linus would say.

Hope it comes soon and the price of the cards drop so you can get your new card too!

Yea but it won't be for a while, I have barely any money and my desktop has been an 'in progress' for the last 15 months lol

I had the case, board, CPU and RAM for about a year before I got the PSU and hard drive, it sucks being unemployed :(

I changed my mind, I was gonna look into getting a 760Ti or 660Ti, but I chose that I'm probably gonna get a 7970.

Old shit no one cares about but me.

I just ordered my son a 1 GB 7850 for his rig on the cheap and may get another for him in the future but also may just get another GTX 670 for my rig (used possibly or waiting for a price drop) and take one out on occasion if he wants to use the Nvidia card vs the AMD card that will be in his rig soon.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S
