Seriously? My Mazda Protege can't even touch that. And my 2010 Corolla is about the same for a smaller size. WTF?

I have checked my insurance, It dons't change with what I had planned (I live in Oregon, United States)

lucky you, very strict here, brother changed his rims on 2nd gen vw golf and his tax group increased by two groups, its now on par with my fathers M3.

Haha, with those mods you must live in the southern US or something. Sounds like it'd look like complete garbage...not to mention sound like it.

3,4L chevy v6? That'll probably be an LQ1. 

The only reason i know that is because the intake manifold is in the way of some of the spark plugs..

The lumina is front wheel drive.. So there really isn't much point in adding any significant horse power
But a new exhaust and intake would give you a bit more of a raspy sound from the engine

If the engine remains mostly stock and you just add some vinyl you'd be fine. Anything more than that would put it dangerously close to ricer territory

 

It's very.. Round and has some serious front and rear overhang.

I can't think of anything i'd do to the exterior.
Either way good luck^^

Well, do you have anybody that you know who likes it? If you trust them, you can possibly hand it over. It could be someone who doesn't have a car who you know.

Sound proofing mat in the doors and other places. That'll quiet it down on the inside and sometimes it even improves audio quality^^ 

Other than that the only other things i can think of are nicer rims and heavier tint on the rear windows (check what is allowed where you live)
