Force reset my windows pc and now it won’t boot windows at all

I had a pc video game running on my tv and i switched from the video game to the desktop using the tab function. The pc froze so i manually held the power button down for 5 seconds until the pc turned off. I turned it back on and it wont go past the gigabyte screen where i can enter bios by pressing the delete key over and over. I cleared cmos by taking the battery out of the motherboard for 5 minutes and putting it back in. In the bios, I set windows boot manager on my SSD as number 1. I need help accessing windows again.

You could try the Windows repair function.

Not sure how it works, probably with the thumbdrive Windows install

or you can boot in safe mode ?

I used the windows installer I downloaded from the Microsoft website. Downloaded it on a separate hard drive and set the HD to boot option 1. Then I picked ‘repair my pc,’ then ‘system restore.’ It deleted some downloaded files that were causing a problem. Then I booted up with my original ssd and it worked. Thanks!
