That shouldn't be any concern of the employer unless they're willing to make up for the lost revenue.

The company i work for had to fire someone a few years ago when they found out they were making porn, It's not a great look on a company if someone happens to recognize one of your staff members and then word starts to spread real fast

It's not a good look to let go of someone for something that doesn't hinder their on-site performance and is done on the employee's off-time. But that's a story for a DM or status update, not this thread.

It really depends on what kind of work, and if it's an "icon" of the business etc. Then it might not be taken seriously by other brands or companies.

Also if trying to hold things clean, that can be an issue, like medical work it can become an issue were you are close to people all the time and at what level (physical methods, operating etc). But would also say "what kind of sex work"??? as of today, can be very different meaning than a generation back. Then again some still have ridiculous clothing rules and other silly rules to policies...

 

ofc the ironic thing is, then you have people that just do it in secret and will be allowed it or from those who enforce those rules.

pfft, just look at segregation. businesses don't just care about money, many care more about pushing their morals and punishing those they don't like than money.

I think morality isn't really a good indicator for acceptance. I think most people would accept that porn is a thing and that it should be ok for banks and financial institutions to do business with the porn industry.

And if morality was an indication of anything, we would not have wars nor be unwelcoming of neighbors. But that's political. 

 

I think the best thing to do is have OnlyFans use a verification system where you show some details that only you, the worker, would know about. If not, keep the profile completely private until those details are met.

Banks have investors too. Then again, look at what is available on Japanese digital stores.

 

Honestly the solution here has always P2P file sharing with a media key. Share the video all you want, buy the key. The key gets purchased via whatever legitimate process. People will of course pirate the key too. That's where you get into custom video players and such.

I really respected onlyfans because its ROUGH trying to make money selling porn. Finding people willing to pay isn't the problem, finding a payment processor is the problem. Nearly every banking and payment processor you can name bans payments used for porn. This is a place cryptocurrency could really shine. The only other sites that is similar to only fans are those cam sites. Pay to see them play. They are getting payments. 

They use payment processors with very high fees and very little insurance backing, think of them like pay day loan companies but for businesses and payment processing.
