i have no idea what the speed of rotation of mars is i just said that cause it's closer to the sun, and i thought the speed of rotation on itself is linked to the rotation to the sun. (if one is shorter than both are) but apparently that's not the case

Mars is farther out then Earth. Venus on the other hand is closer to the Sun. The Speed of Rotation has nothing to do with the Sun. The Velocity of Orbit does.

depends on what the task is.

Also, the last part is partially true, since updates tend to come later (after release) so in time performance would "theoritically" improve.

As for background tasks it's bullshit since almost everyone benchmarks in Win10 and i'm quite sure you're going to play it in Win10

If it's a specific game, then they might hide some problems so it gives a false benchmark giving it a much better performance (when in reality it isnt)

How many % is 20 fps? If it's within 5% then it's normal, assuming you have the exact same settings in everything including background tasks and windows settings, and also hardware down to RAM speed and latency

 

It really depends, if it's GPU bound scenarios then you'll have to check the exact graphical settings they're using and for Nvidia GPU, maybe some Nvidia control panel tweaking

 

For CPU bound scenarios, background tasks can affect this a lot

 

Also temperature may affect things too as reviewers test in open air test bench, while most people would have their PC in a case

So their GPU may boost slightly higher

 

Not to say that their results are bs, since it's all relative to compare between GPU, but it's definitely not how you're gonna run your games in the end, it's not a realistic test
