Posted November 18, 2020 In my opinion, with a city building game it's less about the story and more about what you make out of it. When playing Sim City or Zoo Tycoon I make up my own story about my city/zoo, I don't want to be interrupted by pre-made story parts that might not fit with my idea of my city/zoo. Posted November 18, 2020 Yes but it's also not necessary for such game. Honestly I think many games focus on stories instead of gameplay. I don't mind a good story but I play games for the gameplay. Zeus Master of Olympus is probably the most "story" driven city builder I played.
 Posted November 18, 2020 Boring either way, I don't know how these games can afford tv ads.
Posted November 19, 2020 Well, when the point of the game is micro-management, what do you expect? Anno series has campaign, and I think thats closer of making it RTS at that point. ^^^^ That's my post ^^^^ <-- This is me --- That's your scrollbar --> vvvv Who's there? vvvv
