So I found a computer on the side of the road. Pics related.

I'm gonna try and boot it up, but it looks pretty messed up.

 

If it works, what should I do with it? Maybe see if a 750Ti will fit and have a little gaming box?

Could always setup a small home server/NAS/HTPC? You won't be able to sell it for much if you planned to do that. Like... £10-£30 maybe.... If you're lucky.

The 750Ti won't work in that case, BUT you could mod it and turn it into a mini-itx Steam Box w/ a riser card for the GPU....

SO.....the front panel is gone and so is the "on" button. Any idea how to fire this thing up without it?

Format the hard drives first. There could be illegal stuff on it.

Have you got any idea of the specs of this computer?

I checked the ram sticks.....2 512mb lol. At least it has 1 gig.

Try pluging it in and taking it out over and over, this can trick these crap dell psu's into turning on

I use a screwdriver for my old PC that isnt in a case all the time! nbd. but good find. maybe throw it under you tv and xmbc?

in the middle of the 24pin atx power connecter is a green wire, short that to earth and that will turn on the psu.
