I was looking into to buying a computer but I don't have a very big budget, so when I found this website I saw it was selling great gpus at really low prices. To be honest it looks like a scam  but if you guy's could tell me if it is or not that would be great

If it looks too good to be true, it is.

No one will sell a videocard with a 400 USD MSRP for 100 USD new, unless they are scamming you.

They in their term or privacy i dont know.. can write that they dont sell anything and you will donate 99$ them.

I was worried about that so I read their Terms of Service, Payment Term, Return/Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and their About us. Nothing in any of those mentioned anything like that or even looked very suspicious.
