Is it a wifi adapter pcie card/usb or is it build into the motherboard? Where did you get the drivers? Just through Windows update or did you manually install the current ones from the motherboard manufacturer support page? If you got them from Windows Update they're likely out of date or just basic drivers.

what wifi version is your router and what wifi version is your new mainboard, you might have to reduce compability on the board wifi driver to get a stabile connection.

hence wifi 5 wifi 6 wifi 7 etc.. you can lock a higher wifi driver to a lower setting if your router is lower, your mainboard driver will try to connect to the faster, and cause instabilities. just remember to change it if you upgrade to a faster router 😄

Edit: your board is wifi 6.. 802.11ax, wifi 5 is 802.11ac depending on your wifi network router you might have to set the driver to use only 802.11ac
