PC WONT COME UP ON MONITOR BUT WILL HALF POWER UP and sata port is smaller version then what i have

Can you please turn off Caps Lock and explain your issue in a bit more detail?

Like, what is 'half power up'?

Does the PC work with another monitor/does the monitor work with another PC/laptop?

Do you have a picture of what SATA issue you're dealing with?

What are the PC parts are you using?

What PC parts are you using? What CPU, specifically?

Why is there no cooler on the CPU?

I do not see a cpu cooler in the 2nd picture, you may have burned out your cpu trying to power up the computer with no cpu cooler. What CPU is it, are you sure your cpu has integrated gpu.

Whats are the specs?

Mobo-

cpu

mem

????
