Which one should I buy? Corsair CX450 or CX550?

RX 570 4gb
Asus h110m-cs
2x4gb ddr4 2400 mhz
1 TB HDD
21 inch 60hz monitor

Will the CX450 be enough for this pre-built or should I go for the CX550?

Yes. Your system doesn't consume more then 200w at worst. 

Also get an SSD. Something like an mx500 goes for pretty cheap and will be a huge upgrade.

Upgrade what, the power supply?

Your i3 will pull under 50W at full load, and the RX 570 around 170W. The grey label CX units are of decent quality too, so the CX450 will be plenty.

450W is plenty from a decent PSU

just make sure it actually works with this pre-built because some uses proprietary connectors

no. it has 1 pcie cable, with 2x 6+2pin power connecotrs. it can power all the gpus to rtx 2080 super.

No I'm planning to upgrade the cpu and also the mobo in maybe 3 to 4 years. Right now I'm only upgrading the gpu and psu.

Unless you upgrade to a 10900K or Threadripper, it'll work fine.

A reference 2060 Super will work, but others might have an additional 6-pin along with the 8-pin, so you could look for a Pure Power 11 400W/500W or get the CX550.

I think the CX550 will be a better choice it will give me enough headroom for future upgrades and I read online that you should get 100W more than you need so the psu doesn't get stressed while overclocking and it will last longer. What do you think?

Well you don't even need 450W. A system with that i3 and an RX 570 will pull roughly half of 450W.

Having more headroom doesn't hurt, but it's not everything you should be looking for when purchasing a PSU.

Yeah I understand that my current rig wont pull even half of 450W but I am looking forward maybe 4 to 5 years when I will have like an i7 or maybe and a 2060 super then I'll have to get another PSU.

i had one corsair cs500m( green label) and it has 1x8pin taht splits to 2x6+2pin. I tought that the cx450m would have it too since it is newer.

I see the problem. You are confusing the CX450 with the CXM 450. The CX 450 (completely non-modular and the PSU we are talking about) only has a single 6+2 pin connector while the CX450M (semi-modular) does have an 8 pin that splits to two 6+2 pin connectors

that is what i was saying...

i did not confuse them. i just assumed that cx450m had mor cables since the older cx500m had 2 (8pin taht splits to 2x6+2pin)

You are confused since the whole topic was on the CX, not the CXM.

 

Look where you replied to none77 who said "Avoid the CX450, it only has one PCIe cable" and you tried to correct them by saying it has 2 6+2 pin, which is wrong.

oh. yeah then i was confused and i am still confused xd. but cx450m has 8pin that splits to two 6+2pin. and cx450 has only 1x8pin?
