Compared to other stuff they do, it’s not that bad. My laptop also came with 2666mhz ram.

Would it be a few percentage points increase in performance if it use 2933? Yes. Does that mean companies will use it and make less money? No. 

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

yeah but what about the people who dont know how or think its some proprietary ram or something. apple is just robbing them blind. like louis rossman said I dont like to do business with people who want to fuck me
