Are you buying the cpu and the cooler as a bundle or is it for a new pc build? if so Dark Rock Pro 4 is overkill for that cpu. If you don't plan on overclocking you should be good with the stock cooler.

Overkill.  You can cool this PC with the stock cooler.  Unless you are going for a certain look, there are cheaper, just as effective alternatives.

I will be doing a completely new buiild. For now im not sure about overclocking. Maybe in the future. I know i can use the stock cooler, but i want my sistem to be quiet and look good, as the stock cooler is kinda ugly.

Well then I would go for a lower cost cpu cooler like the cooler master hyper 212 evo because the dark rock pro 4 is pretty overkill but up to you. These are just my suggestions

A noctua NH-U12S or U14A might come in cheaper and deliver quite good cooling

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

What about the Hyper 212 Black or the Hyper 212 RGB? Did you look at them? You're not overclocking and strictly want to upgrade for looks, paying $90+ for a Dark Rock or AIO would be ridiculous for running a stock 3600.

I don't necessarily think either are hard myself, I think AIOs are more time consuming over installing an air cooler for those experienced, as you have to mount the rad and fans as well as the CPU block. But in terms of new builders or ones that have little experience with them, AIOs are a bit harder to install correctly than an air cooler.

It's up to you what looks good.

Where are you shopping / located and what kind of prices are you looking at? What case and ram are you using?

Suggesting Evo at this point is wasting money. There are better coolers for same price. Evo is only valid option if it has significantly lower price, or the area has very limited options. CoolerMasters upgraded versions Black Edition and RGB are both better than EVO.

What are some features you are after? RGB? Tempered Glass? PSU shroud? Mesh? Some specific color scheme? (listing stuff which is popular now)

Yes I want RGB and tempered glass. A psu shroud too. A mesh is preferable i dont know i want very good airflow. And no specific scheme but black or white would be nice
