Amazing eyeball 3D animation video called 'Eye Piece' by graphic artist Chris Jones using Lightwave, Sculptris and a smattering of Krita. It's amazxing how far we've advanced in technology to be able to animate in 3D one of the most complex parts of the human anotomy and have such amazingly realistic results.

We were talking about this dude earlier today at work, he does some really impressive stuff. Love when he posts some updates!

Outstanding work... I always look at these demos then in a couple of years I'm less impressed... I'm not getting that feeling with this, so realistic.

On the topic of TressFX and the like, I always find the hair looks too flow-y. Real hair falls pretty fast back into place, but computer hair still seems to glide, just my two cents

is just a face obviously whit more polys and bigger textures but even low end cards can render that piece of body fast enough, the thing is putting that body into an equally detailed environment

While it's good, I thought it was fake simply because human skin doesn't shine as much like that.
