Why can't install my motherboard chipset drivers in any way possible?

I have a Asus Prime B660 Plus D4 motherboard and I went to Asus.com to download the drivers for the chipset and I downloaded then but when I clicked on them they would only open a stupid folder. There doesn't seem to be a way to install the drivers. It doesn't even prompt me in any way to install anything.

They are zip files, not installers, you have to download them and extract to a folder then run the AsusSetup.exe

Ah, okay thank you. I'll do that when I have some spare time.
