There are 2 red lights on my motherboard under the name “Boot” and the other is called “VGA”? What’s wrong?

I have just built my first pc (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DFZkZJ. I have not bought the gpu yet) and my motherboard is showing two red lights under “boot” and “VGA” what does that mean?

"VGA" stands for Video Graphics Array, also known as your GPU.

 

What's most likely happening is that your PC isn't booting because there's no GPU present or installed; the majority of Ryzen CPUs don't have onboard graphics, and some motherboards don't like booting without a GPU.

7700x does have an iGPU. 

All AM5 chips do, its on the IO die

Well... Not ALL.  Ryzen 7500f does not have integrated graphics.
But all non F models have onboard graphics
