Linus should review the Asus ROG phone 2 (best phone out there)

Dionyz

Linus this is by far the best phone I have seen from the specs alone. Flagship phone for 515$ (Aliexpress) with very little compromises.

-6000 mAh battery.

-120 hz display

-Amoled display

-Speakers that are exceptional (2 front firing speakers)

-Snapdragon 855+ (Overclockable by gripping 3 secs)

-48 Mp camera

-Air Triggers (actually useful)

-No notches

-accessory support is mind blowing. It makes this phone look like a switch (with a dock and controller like design)

Honestly this is the best phone for being around 500 dollars.

It is certainly not an end all be all phone, but I am sure Linus has one in the mail. You have to remember that Canada gets basically everything late.

Also, word of the wise, when making an argument don't use opinionated statements if you want to be taken seriously. I personally find the ROG phone ugly. Also, don't trust anything Unbox Therapy says. He is a shill who says what hes told to say.

Brands I wholeheartedly reccomend (though do have flawed products): Apple, Razer, Corsair, Asus, Gigabyte, bequiet!, Noctua, Fractal, GSkill (RAM only)

Wall Of Fame (Informative people/People I like): @Glenwing @DrMacintosh @Schnoz @TempestCatto @LogicalDrm @Dan Castellaneta

Yea technology will get be better over the years. But for the time being it’s the best in the 500 dollar category in terms of specs.

Also many others have said similar things about the front faced speakers. There is no compromises from that end.

Who am I compared to unbox therapy? Honestly his word is better than mine even though I hate the guy. Many follow him. Also many others have said similar things about the front faced speakers. There is no compromises from that end.

His word is nothing lmao. Now, if somebody who isn't a shill says that the speakers sound good I'll believe it.

Very, very good phone for the cost, nobody is taking that away from it. Just remember to vet your sources and create more compelling arguments.

Well at least cases exist lol. If your talking about the front than it’s a compromise for better sound quality.

Unbox therapy is a shill because he does sponsored videos? Sure LTT totally doesn't do those lol.

The RGB on the back i'd be fine with as long as I could turn it off, but is it ugly? I dunno, I put a case on my phone anyway, and don't make a point to buy a phone as a fashion accessory either.

Actually curious, but where does this come from? I've heard it from various people but I haven't actually seen a source about it

Regarding the phone itself: specwise its a pretty great deal for the hardware you're getting, but I can see how it might not appeal to everyone. It's a super gamer focused aesthetic (obviously) which I'm not super fond of.

It came from way back in the day. Basically how unbox therapy got successful. He told people to subscribe to him for a chance to win a iPhone 6s *corrected*... basically no one can prove if he ever gave out any. (He posted a picture of his truck full of those iPhone 6s boxes.)

i personally love the design, since it looks different among the bland phones with nothing on the back, but nowadays most people use a phone case.

It was the 6s, but you have the right idea. He doesn't actually follow through from his giveaways and the products he features he either does so disingenuously or praises products that a 2s google search will reveal as shit.
