Sooo Im getting ready for the new ryzen 3000series probably for 3800x and looking to buy new psu and have pretty much narrowed my options down to these 650W PSUs

Coolermaster V650 (most expensive 120eur)
Corsair RM650x (second most expensive 110eur)
Bitfenix Whisper M (in the middle 100eur)
Seasonic Focus+ gold (cheapest at 95eur)

Im feeling like these all would be pretty much perfectly good for me so should i just go for the cheapest or maybe for Bitfenix Whisper since its a tier above Seasonic, but still which one would you choose?
Thanks

Why 650W PSUs? What are the specs, and where are you buying from?

Oh right, Well for GPU atm I ihave gtx1060 and for that 650 would be way too much but Im looking to upgrade it too in the future for a higher end model, probably for something like rtx2070 super or the AMD ones depending on their perfomance. Or i just might still just wait for the ones coming after these, but yeah planned specs would be something like:
ryzen 3800x (maybe even 3900x)
nvidia rtx2070 super

16 gb ram (2x8 3600mhz) cant see reason for going 32 atleast yet
havent decided on what SSD to get yet.
Oh and i will try to OC as much as possible.

Do you think 550w would be enough too, they cost about 10€ less than 650w counterparts so its not really that much of a difference in price.
Oh and im buying from www.jimms.fi (Finland)

Whisper M would be your best choice.

If you'd be looking at overclocking, I'd go with the 650. 550 is fine for day to day use though, even with a Vega card.

550w would be fine too. 2070 class cards aren't too power hungry. Remains to be seen how thirsty the new AMD cards will be though. Either would suffice, but I would probably spend the extra $10 and go for the 650.

Why is it that the 750W RMx unit is not as highly rated as the 550/650W?

It's single rail. At 750w and higher, multi rail is more ideal for safety reasons.

Is there enough info to give the EVGA BT a rating?  I know it's probably not that great but it is hugely popular.

https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/evga-450-bt-value-psu,5605.html

https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R2WJMLCZY9PBM8/ref=cm_cr_dp_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B01N9X3F8F

(Amazon reviewer opens psu)

Seems pretty ok internally, but it has iffy fan performance and gauge of the cables.  So you gotta baby it.

i've read about it with that review from aris, but also one from oclahomawolf over on Jonnyguru

it's 30 degree operation temp, which is really bad, but the otp wouldn't kick in well either, so far above that it could literally blow itself up

i think there's much better, even if you have to pay up for that

The new CX/Vengeance is probably where I'd end up if it were my rig.  Was just curious though.

The silver one.  It's priced almost the same as the cx currently where I'm at when you're not counting MIR.

if it's around the same price, get the vengeance, it's marginally better, but worth it if the price difference is small

Again, Evga P2 G2 T2 and leadex up to 650w should be at least A tier...They were considered on par or even better than the primes not so long ago lol

high opp

not a fully functional otp

single rail

and honestly not as good as a prime, even if that one won't go any higher because of the single rail

I'm looking for a new PSU and saw that the Bitfenix Whisper is rated highly on this list. Is that including this model (seems like a decent deal - it say Whisper M rather than just Whisper):

https://www.newegg.ca/p/N82E16817376005?Description=bitfenix whisper&cm_re=bitfenix_whisper-_-17-376-005-_-Product

My main concern is silence as my current PSU is rather loud under load.
