My PC keeps turning off randomly. motherboards LEDS indicate red near the CPU. (help)

My pc keeps freezing and turning off on its own randomly and regularly.
I built it around 2 years ago and it was perfect. It started happening in the past half year. At the start I thought it was happening while certain games because of heavy load, but it’s happens on a regular basis even when I’m in discord or browsing the web. I did stress test and it was fine and all my temps where good.

I even wiped out the pc multiple time thinking it might help.

What could be the cause, it is basically unusable.

specs:

Rtx 3060

i5 11600kf

2x8 Corsair vengeance

asus z590-a

rm850x

The logs in Event Viewer may help diagnosing the cause of the crash

Did you update and reset your BIOS ?

Got a lot of Critical Errors/kernel Power, something is wrong with power delivery, hardware related I think, board or CPU

Yes had the 3060 for two years, nothing hardware wise changed since it was built.

Regarding secure boot I’ll need to check I’m currently away from my pc.

and trying to run just 1 RAM stick instead of 2 to see if that somehow fixes it
