Notice how none of the renders show the cables: because they will look fucking stupid: m.2 was designed to be convenient in the sense that it gets rid of cables so now adding them it's just not convenient.

 

They should just offer this as a u.2 enclosure that's all pimped out with ice and all because you can actually easily route that.

So, does anyone else see that this isn't practical? Not because it's RGB, but because, at least in my boards, m.2 is behind my GPU(s). RGB is pointless if it's invisible.

ASUS kinda addressed that issue back on X99...not the most elegant solution.

...definitely good airflow for the M.2 SSD, and no issues mounting that RGB blower style lookin' GPU M.2 cooler on it.
