Has to be light for me. If I use a site with dark background and light text, I quickly get lines across my field of vision where it burns in.

Light theme. I find everything easier to read and I don't generally like dark themes in most websites and apps.

That being said, I feel like I want to burn my eyes off by switching back to day theme, and then switching back to dark.

I set Visual studio to dark because the bright used to hurt my eyes.

I've seen screenshots of dark but I just thought it was the mobile site or something.

I feel this is the second or third time I answer to a poll about this in here.

Dark themes should be made available everywhere already, our eyes should no longer suffer because developers are too lazy and stick solely with blinding white on their pages/applications, the best thing Microsoft ever done with Skype was finally add the night theme to it, I have to use Skype daily for hours due to my work and I am one to thank God for the new night theme on Skype Preview every single day.
