My favorite looking motherboard would be the asus sabertooth boards. The just look great imo. As for a case, The phanteks enthoo evolve is the clear winner in my book. I just wish it came it a mid tower size. For gpu's, i like the asus dcuII cards and the new nvidia reference coolers

Some people care too much about FPS.

 

I like 60 man dont get me wrong but i can play games at lower.

I had to run GTA IV at 10 FPS, if I was lucky

That was my old one with a C2D E6550 and a ATI radeon 5450 1GB. 1GB! Vram. and it used all of it not just 512mb :P

Yes , that card was so shit.

 

It had a metal fan and was loud as crap.

Mine was passive. I almost went withe gt 210 but it used 3 watts more.

And yet they look the EXACT same as the 700 series. Only card that looks remotely different is the 690/titan z

I don't hate the design of either, but they should do more to separate the newer cards from the older ones. You'd think that their marketing would have figured out they can sell more with a fancier suit if they werent wearing the same one from 2012.
