They're both less than $15, so just buy whichever one you like the look of. There is no brands here, and there will be no performance difference. They'll both be extremely mediocre at best. I'd get the $6 one simply because of how cheap it is.

Try OCing it if you're just trying to get better performance, assuming you haven't already, alot of new chips are about to launch so if you can OC and be fine on performance it may be worth waiting. If not new stuff always comes out so it's not a terrible choice to upgrade now, assuming it's still not performing at an acceptable level

Cities Skylines? As someone who plays that, I'd recommend getting four 2000$ server CPUs, 1.5TB of RAM and 12 2080 Ti's and you might be able to run 2 mods at once.

theres a z370 one, and I got the ram when it sucked abit. I can prob take a hit and find the price it is now and adjust for that
Edit: Yea you right, it's like $118 right now. That's not too much of a hit, mainly just trying to sell it to move on to another build. Not rally sure what happened to the mobo... lemme check...for now just ignore it. I'll be swapping it for a better one anyway

Dont know if you still need this. But you should just define the text-shadow in the h1 tag. And not create that extra tag. 
That way you just need to work around the original shadow:
 
h1 { text-shadow: 3px 2px red, 4px 2px blue, 3px 3px blue, 2px 2px blue, 3px 1px blue; } The one in red will the main shadow, the next one is 1px to the left, the next one is 1px down, next is 1px left and last is 1px up.
This will create a outline around the shadow. Adjust to your own taste.

I think electron would work well for what you are trying, which essentially allow you to create an application using HTML, JS and CSS.

I beleive he already bought all the parts, but if you're using a ddr3 platform lga 1155 is by farrr a better option especially on the used market

Popped on one more time, looked at the rest of the build (the ram really stood out to me), you maybe want to get a lower capacity hdd like 1-2tb and use that moneyz to get a boot sdd (240ish gb is recommended). Not only would this make your boot feel alot faster and make the comp snappier the higher the capcity of the hdd generally the slower they are, cause that read/write heads gotta hunt through more disk to find stuffs. Generally the higher capacity drives, 2tb+, are better for archival purposes and if you wanted that much hdd storage itd prob be better to get a 1tb~ hdd now and later down the road when you need more go ahead and get another one. Full disclosure though I dunno if gaming is all youll be doing but if thats generally all youll be doin its prob the best bet, 1Tb takes a LONG time to fill with games. If you plan on yubtubing and making alot of content like that videos do take up a fair bit of space so it may be worth doing the larger drive for that reason.
Edit: For context Ive got a steam library of 150 and Ive still got a fair bit of space on my 1Tb partition

I love Ryobi's 18v power tools and have a huge stable full of them (although I now recommend Ridgid for people just starting out with 18v tools). However, the Ryobi 18v jigsaw sucks! The chuck on them won't hold the blades straight, which means crooked cuts, especially when using a fence. Get a 120v Milwaukee, Ridgid, Makita, or Dewalt instead (if that's the only tool you buy).
 
Seriously, you will be wasting your time (and money since you will destroy wood and wheels on wood) using a Dremel for cutting wood. If you want to work with wood, you need woodworking tools. Would you try to cut a cake with scissors?
 
If you can afford only one saw, get a jigsaw. It is the most versatile tool for cutting wood. You will also need a drill. Again, if all you are going to get are the saw and the drill, especially if you won't use them much after this project, get 120v so you won't have to spend money for batteries and a charger. 18v tools are great but not cost effective unless you have a lot of them (like I do).
 
I minored in Industrial Arts Education in college and have worked in several cabinet shops (and a machine shop) so I know what I am talking about. You need the correct tools to the job correctly.
