Here's what EA needs to do (And all companies take note of):
 
Tone down on the micro-transactions & paid DLC in games & exclusive content If you're going to release DLC, do it as an expansion and bundle a bunch of worthwile content for $20-$30 and not just a couple maps/another mission To add on the previous note, don't charge full price for expansions, you've already done most of the hard work developing engines/models/etc from the core game and lets face it, to charge the same price as you would a new game for an expansion is just milking it and taking advantage of consumers. DO NOT release DLC just after the launch of the game.... seriously? and also have the audacity of charging MORE for it. If the game isn't complete, DONT release it until it is. POLISH your game before you release it! You don't see companies like Nintendo releasing buggy games, why? because they actually QA their products and don't release crap. Don't rehash game after game year after year that's virtually a copy of the previous one, I'm looking at the call of duties, etc games out there that are just the same thing over and over. For god sake come up with some original content once in a while!

People who are out to demonize games don't care about science or the truth. They have already made their mind up without doing any proper research.
On a side note, I think this proves that just because you see or do something in a game does not mean you will do it in real life. This study to me proves not only that violent games don't affect people, but also that things like violent movies shouldn't affect people, sexism in movies/games shouldn't affect people, media made for lolicons shouldn't affect peoples' actions and so on.
I wish people would leave media alone...

This just gives me more of a reason to NEVER support nvidia again....

Playing the Alpha now...it is not bad...very pretty because it uses the crysis engine. But it feels a bit repetitive over time. Still fun never the less.

They're advertising the hardware spec like it matters? All it needs to do is run the little Netflix players etc and thats all. The increased storage for apps is nice but I have to wonder if there is even a market for that? As I albeit in my use case only use 2-3 Chromecast applications. Maybe for games and such who knows, I'd imagine its going to have zero chance of taking away existing Chromecast users, maybe they can hit a larger user base than Google can I guess we'll see.

It is not losing it is converting them to a service in which they profit more per month/customer.

Uhh no. A 280x beats out a 770 by a little bit and a 290 is more in the 780 range not to mention the double vram, plus for the price this is new. Don't talk out of your ass fanboy.

I am with Dropbox on this. If the city has decided that you can rent the field certain hours then you have to play by the rules. It doesn't matter if you've lived there for 20 year, that doesn't put you above the law.
I don't think it's strange to have to pay for government owned things either. In Sweden the government owns quite a lot of museums but you still have to pay to enter. Our biggest cellphone carrier is partially (used to be fully) government owned as well but that doesn't mean everyone can use their network for free.
I am pretty sure some parking lots in the city are owned by the government as well but I still have to get a ticket to park there. In fact, my school has a football field where some teams play games. Just because it's owned by the school (and thus owned by the government) doesn't mean I can just run in on the field in the middle of a game and start kicking their ball. If they have reserved it then I am not allowed to be there. It's as simple as that.
Government owned does not mean "free to use for everyone, at any time".
 
The park is free for anyone to use 96% of the time, and the other 4% CAN be reserved against a 27 dollar fee.
 
Thumbs up to the Dropbox employee for saying calm. That other guy was a dick that laughed at him for only having lived there 1 year, as if that had any relevance at all.

Honestly, I would be on Dropbox's side for this one.  They reserved it, they should get what they paid for.
