Spend a bit more to get a much more powerful pc for the money and get the SSD later is what I recommend. This way you have an OC'able CPU (Much better for the future) and a much stronger GPU.

Xeon=More cores but less powerful per core/more instruction sets (computer languages) supported... for multitasking
i7= Decent amount of cores, but also lots of performance per core/ higher amount of possible performance per core... for performance
