850w enough ?

Thinking about buying  another GTX970 and need input if i will have enough Juice to power it all..

 

Will a 850w 80plus bronze PSU be enough to power a FX8320 OC'd to 4100mhz (CPU-Z Below)

Two SSD's, Two HDD's, 8Fans, and still have some head room for charging phone on computer, external HDD and such.
 

EDIT: Also have an "asus rog Xonar Phoebus" soundcard.

Yes! the 970 is very efficient

Dont worry, with 850W u would have troubles only with 3 970s...

You wouldn't even have trouble with 3 970's.
