then i have to say it's a CPU usage issue, either you're not running at full clock or you're running too many things in the background and also the 1070 Ti is too powerful for the i5 so the CPU usage will be at 100% when Vsync is off.

To SanDisk's credit, most of their drives failed within a month or two. So maybe you're fine if you make it past that. Or since it's retail, they may have had a bad batch.

The 7nm GPU in question is a Vega GPU for machine learning which has been known for many months now (at least since computex officially).
Navi is still slated for 2019. No word on when but probably 2H unless they can somehow pick up the pace.

Hopefully this time people don't just rush out and buy this game... let real reviews come out and only buy it if it's worth money. The bad preorders are a good sign

My G602 is the most comfortable mouse I've ever put my hands on. I like the feel and looks if Logitech. Plus they last much longer than the crappy Razer products. My friends like Razer for looks, but always have mice and keyboards die, meanwhile I haven't had issues with my mouse or my old Corsair keyboard.
 
To me, Razer is to PC peripherals as a tricked out civic is to motorsports.

I never purchase used, but that's my preference of having warranty.

If Jones truly and genuinely harassed someone, fine, go ahead and ban him, but Twitter better hold anyone else's feet to the fire like that rather than picking and choosing.

TLDR: As long as Jones was given the same warnings system and treatment as everyone else, it's fine. He violated standards. Otherwise, jumping in the band wagon isn't right.
 
However, censorship is still censorship. If he blatantly violated the terms, did he get the same warnings that anyone else would get? If not, then I'd say his banning is unsur unfair. Why? Because social media goodness already have enough influence over what we read and are exposed to. If they censor right wonder loonies, they need to treat them the same as the left wing loonies. (And i don't think that actually happens)

Many people are against it because if the power and influence these companies have. Many believe they have social (though not legal) obligation to act ethically.

Not every AMD card uses external bridge for crossfire. Some do it via PCIe communication.

Somehow I'm not surprised at all....
