Agreed. 

nationalism is a good thing, because it creates pride in your own country, meaning you want to help yourself and the people around you forward.
 
the issue arises when nationalism becomes too extreme, and that "helping yourself forward" turns into pushing other nations backwards, and creating a feeling of superiority.

my "favourite" belgian poltical party are the flemish nationalists, because they arent scared of saying what things come down to. they have no problems breaking with tradition or hurting someone's feelings to do what needs to be done. whilst that they also found the balance, where they dont feel the need to "feel better than other countries", but dont turn us into a slave of those other countries either.

Considering the effect that brexit has had on the value of the Euro and the Pound, and it transcending a little bit here too it holds the potential to affect a lot of people not just people living in the EU or the UK.

my roomate plays all modern games at 720p with a 2 gig gtx 560 zotac. medium settings. 

my 780ti still runs pretty much everything maxed out at 1080. but it was an absolute beast when it came out.

I have mine set up that way with this as my living room keyboard. works great.

Well I just posted my benchmark of R9 390 nitro on 1440p ultra setting in valley. average is 40fps.So if you concider that cool, go for it.
But I would advice not to play on ultra, and turn down settings a bit so you can get decet 60 fps

The difference of .1GHz is very minimal to the point where the margin of error in cinebech is greater then the value of performance gained so it is hard to tell how much of an insignificance the extra .1GHz makes.

The frequency you see is the one core turbo boost. On all cores it's 3,2 GHz.
I have a BCLK of 104 MHz.

I upgraded from an i5 3470 and it is an absolute beast comparatively. Black ops 3 particularly plays much much better. The witcher 3 also seems to play better. I have seen a max of 44% usage in black ops and 35% in the witcher. I think it helps with the minimum fps quite a bit. doesn't help the max but i am locked at 60fps with vsync anyhow, so that isn't important to me. I ended up paying less than 300 bucks for the chip, mobo and 16 gigs of gskill ram. amazing pc for a budget price.

For a glow effect you will need to look into UV LED's and UV reactive paints or products that can glow. In those situations though you'd want no other light source and have it as dark as possible so the UV effect is greatest.
