Generally NA tends to have some of the best prices on computer hardware. I'd love to see some links where you're finding these SSDs for what you claim are absurdly good prices.

I would get the MacBook. IMO the Macbook Air now is pretty much perfect with the exception of a few programs not working. That shouldn't be a problem anyways seeing how you have a good PC.

AAA games wont run at 1440p 144fps on a 1060 6gb, maybe on low~medium settings?

but if you're upgrading piece by piece, i think it's a good investment
1440p 144hz is nice, and displays are good for a long time

I wouldn't call any particular build the build for developers. System requirements will vary wildly from user to user.

You got scammed. Probably should have asked if it was a good deal before buying it. You could have easily gotten a 3600 and RX 5700XT build for the same price maybe $50 extra. You should return it asap. Whoever sold it to you used old components that are marked up on PCpartpicker and other websites so you'd think the price was correct. So not only did you pay $900 for a $550 computer you got old outdated, possibly even used parts.
