Unigine Valley Benchmark Scores Thread + SUPERPOSITION ***Over 1000 Submissions!***

Jumper118

I am going in blind with this card its never been pushed and currently is sitting on a work bench with a clamp on it. We will see tomorrow I havn't overclocked on Nvidia in a while so its going to be really refreshing. (As well I am running a stock cooler for what ever that means.)

My 570 is a Zotac ITX version lol.

I cannot find a Valley screenshot so I will have to throw it back in my rig just to post a very sad, loud, and hot run. ;)

Should probably add driver version and operating system to the scoreboard.

I wont have time to give it a run today, but hopefully I can make it happen by the weekend. It's on like Donky Kong.

i could but it hard enough getting people to give there gpu and memory clocks :P

also did this on a 1024x768 monitor and vga, i'mnot sure why but it will let me go higher res than my 1080p monitor

This is the limit, At stock voltage.

It runs at 1175 just fine but will stop part way through at 1185. It's a decent overclocker and I'm going to play around with the memory next to see if it picks anything up.

Gigabyte G1 970, Actual boost clock I seen with my OC aswell was 1540Mhz in Afterburners sensor thing. Benchmark was showing 1600+, and sometimes nearly 1700Mhz.. not sure if legit or... the benchmark.. I dunno

Well shit turns out my 84000gs is dead and apparently setting the basic preset to run in fullscreen changes it from the preset. I didn't know that and didn't pay attention till I finished. I'm not running them again though so I'll only submit the extreme ones unless it's ok to submit the basic ones.

Not really comparable to anything because your settings aren't in the right format I suggest you look at the first page of the thread then re run then compare your score with the doc

How come i get so low results, is it my cpu? or do i have a bad card? this was as high as i could go in terms of clock speeds. i sat the powerlimit to 112 and core voltage to +87 (highest i could go in msi afterburner). In the doc i see people that get 60-70fps with 970. Running nvidia driver 344.60. I also have the coil whine issue, does this effect the result in any way?

Probably CPU and memory that's the only thing I see in your build that could be limiting the benchmarks

-bloop-

Considering that your GPU core clock is quite a bit lower than most other 970's here I would say that is the main reason why your score is lower, first gen i7's are still fine and Valley doesn't need much in the way of CPU power.
