Show off your Mods

Sandvich

Imo, you might want to give that another coat of paint to make it more even.

Yeah I did that, this was a old picture.

It didn't effect performance?

I put a really powerful pump rated for 120v inline with a waterblock and a condenser coil from an old window AC unit, next step is to get an old stationary AC unit and run it through that. massive cooling FTW!

You might want to file it down a bit.

It's hidden behind the front cover, no reason to.

What do you mean "retain heat"?

Its heat resistant up to 90C if i remember correctly. Its not a good idea to cover a CPU heatsink with it, but stuff that doesnt get really hot will be fine to paint over with plastidip, such as motherboard heatsinks or watercooling tubing or ram.

I recently also did a paintjob on my graphics card (red/black):

-snip-

There are some minor mistakes though, but nothing that a little bit of sanding and repainting will not solve ;).

Very nice!

Very nice!

Thanks! Only sad thing is that the logo is green, which doesn't fit my red/black scheme.

I don't know if that will work (won't the paint block the light?), and maybe that will be overkill as well.

I was thinking of sanding of the green so it would be white, like the MSI logo and NZXT logo.

Maybe, I don't really know anything about light and paint.Sanding the green so it can be white would be cool.
