Hello.

I have a little problem with my Graphic card.
When i play Battlefield and i Tune up the fans to a little bit higher % speed I hear an anoying nose, Link:

Just a little bit info.
I've tried to stop the fans to see witch one it was. It was the middle one of the 3 fans.

My Graphic card is the Gainward Gtx 770 2Gb Edition.

And just a off topic question.
If i have a little hdd disk from a laptop. Can i use it in a regual computer.

Try a rhinoplasty.

Oh, you meant a noise?

Well without seeing the video, I'm not sure what to tell you. I can only guess that it's coil whine if it's a particularly high-pitched screeching noise.

-Snip-

It's just coil wine mate, not much you can do about it though, if you ignore it it might go away.

or one of your fans is messed up.

as for your off topic question, yes you can (if it's a Sata hard drive and not the old mobile IDE drives), just keep in mind if you use that small hdd as a boot drive chances are it won't be as fast as a desktop counterpart, but usable non the less.

It might be a weird bearing issue. If you tear the fan off and add some lubricant, it might fix the issue. But if you do it poorly and can tell you've taken the fan off, you probably couldn't RMA it.

You might as well just RMA if the fan is that messed up.

But i dont think it can be coil wine, cause i hold the fan till it stops. and the noise stops.

Then the fan is messed up, RMA it anyway I think, although it does sound like coil whine to me tho, but I'm no expert

Return Merchandise Authorization, so filing out a customer support ticket to return the card. :)

This isn't coil whine this sounds like fan obstruction or vibration. I would take out the card and check to see if there is anything touching the fan blades make sure they are free spinning. If everything looks good it will most likely be a bad fan and you will have to RMA that card.

That seems like a fan rubbing against the shroud. i would try wiggling the fans to see if they are secure so they don't go out of place when spun at high speeds. I would RMA it or return it to your retailer if it is still in the retailer's return date. Heres the link for the RMA: http://www.gainward.com/main/support.php?lang=en

That would be fan vibration. The blades probably came loose. RMA the card; I've had this issue before with case fans.
