Do you have reading comprehension problems? It seemed pretty clear to me. Since no exceptions were listed, it would be safe to assume that there are none so, if it's a trailer, it needs a license.

 

There is a phone number listed at the bottom you can call for more clarification. Have you tried that?

Great, except in the span between when I posted that and now, I've been looking at Idaho legislation specifically regarding titling exemptions.

From what I've read, I plan to verify with either the sheriff or local DMV, a utility trailer with an unladen weight under 2000lb doesn't require titling, and thus plates.

It took me a full 36 hours to figure out that the problems I've been having with my new CPU/MoBo are because the RAM was not seated properly. I thought it was down to one socket, then I thought it was 2 sticks, then I had no idea. But I'm fairly certain that that was my issue. Now it's time for tacos, I haven't eaten dinner yet and it's 12:45 AM

I teach English to cute little Japanese kids. Japanese kids don't like to speak, especially not in another language, so as I teach the English lesson and I need to get kids to say what I point at on the board, I have to use a Japanese phrase, "sei no".

 

Since I am an English speaking native, my boss does't not want me to speak any Japanese at all, not even this small cue to get the kids to speak at the same time. This is stupid.

 

The kids don't understand a lot of English. If I try to get them to say what I am pointing at by using and English phrase only a quarter of the students will actually speak. I switched to the Japanese phrase because it is something they are used to hearing and they know what to do even if it is a cue to speak an English phrase.

 

I was told not to say the Japanese phrase which pisses me off because it's not like I'm speaking Japanese to the kids, it's just a cue.

 

I think it is better to use a cue that they are familiar with in order to get them to participate rather than using a cue that they are unfamiliar with which will yield less kids saying the English I want them to say, in turn not allowing them to practice speaking English.
