If you have a complaint, concern or question about any moderator action that has been taken against you, please send a PM to me, @Whiskers and/or the moderator in question, and we will gladly discuss it. All complaints about moderation that I have been made aware of have either been completely unfounded or the result of misunderstandings or miscommunication, but if there was a case of moderator abuse then we would consider that to be a serious problem, and deal with it accordingly.   C

I've been thinking about this subject (How to become a Mod) And I think I've figured it out

 

To become a Mod you need:

  • You have to be able to hide if need be.
  • You have to be able to remove someone if you need to.
  • You need to be able to lie yourself out of any situation.
  • A good disguise also helps.
  • You have to have good aim.
  • You have to be able to walk away if there's nothing more to say.
  • You have to have a kind of energy in your eyes.
  • And you have to be able to enjoy watching your defeated foes retreating.
  • You have to be able to tell when people start to not care about the rules.
  • You have to be paying attention.
  • You have to recognize your own flaws.
  • if there's an obstacle you have to be able to remove it.
  • You have to own up when you do something that someone hates.
  • You have to be able to pull some strings.
  • You have to be realistic about a situation.
  • You have to notice things others don't.
  • You have to be a good leader.
  • Sometimes you have to point out the obvious.
  • of course you have to do good work.

Then, you can be a Mod.
