The cummins is just a heavy sack o-shit. I mean they're good engines. In trucks. 

But if i was going for a diesel swap i'd have to go for a volvo D5 engine. Since it would theoretically fit with a slim oil pan.

Fill the indent with clearcoat.

 

But nothing says fuck you like a thousand pound feet of torque to burn your tires off on the highway. Just get a massive turbo and start rolling coal. ;)

So my friend (the same guy with a Saab 9-3 along with his brother) said that his transmission grenaded itself and now is searching for another one. I suggested he get a 9-5, but he was pretty dead set on a 9-3 lol, but still a Saab is a Saab.

This happened to me once with the RSX, at the end of a track day there was a right hander that I hit a bit of fuel starvation 2 laps, decided to call it a day after that :D 

we had a 1/4 tank in it....

 

again; very strange that we never had problems with that before. But it only made sense because it was fine after we put more. dunno. That's why I said we'll only go on at least 1/2 now

 

it was funny when we went fill it up... I had my wallet in my pocket so I told matt (who was driving; he had asked me to ride with him because he kept DNF'ing and didn't know where) to go get some gas. so we went straight out of the finish line and straight to the gas station helmets and everything still on down the road LOL

yeah, thats weird, Miata's usually don't have fuel starvation issues, especially at stock power levels

it's so hot down here so i rather have open... but I also rather have full sometimes. idk what I want. lol

 

at the end of the day we were all pretty dead tired from the heat. standing in the 97 degree sun all day with 90% humidity  is no fun
