Don't lump me in with them. I'm an enthusiast of mechanic design, be it engines, weaponry, or productive machinery. Not a guy with a wrench that reads the marketing garbage AFE/insert other "enthusiast" brand that can't legally warranty half of their products.

I fail to see a correlation between people screeching variations of "forced induction is more efficient!!! Reclaimed energy!!!" and anything I've said.

If you can't be civil. Please leave

Edit. That goes for everyone in the thread

Yeeaaaaaaaaaah....

I could duct tape it to the passenger headrest.. :D

Oh yeah. The F150 doesn't have much space between headrest and seat xD

I'd love to see a 2.0TDI A4 or something like that with the engine of the RS4. Hell yeah.

yeah but to me thats a couple hundred dollar fix xD

Im worried about the interior, as its often ruined on these old miatas from the soft-top leaking. Not to mention the soft-top itself. And who knows that might not even be the problem, could actually be the transmission/torque converter itself. And no telling what the engine is like, not enough info lol

miata manuals are pretty strong so i wouldent worry about that. Its not out of the ordinary to have a miata in that price range. A friend of mine got a good running na for around $1500 so you can get a good one in that price range.

That feeling when you are the first one to the on ramp so you can just floor it getting onto the freeway. It nice.

Not if you drive an SUV that twitches around as you apply power (especially since you are turning on the on-ramp). :P

i know the feeling. except i have a 125 hp motor with a leaky exhaust so it doesnt really go up to quickly.

But when im driving the G35 *puts sunglasses on*... actually cant floor it for long, by the time you get to the end of the ramp youll be doing like 90mph xD

Gutless honda here. It helps to come out of the corner at 45 though. Instead of the normal 25.

Recorded a video of my Peugeot on start-up and because the smoke is worse I suspect that the valve stem seals are about fucked because after being run for a while it calms down. Goddamn I need to get some work done on her. It really irritates me that I have no where to do any real work though once I find a place I may have to do a build log or re-build log :)

I really can't help but think that sometimes my minivan won't stop from 60 before it hits a car. Sometimes, i'm just grasping the whole seat because i'm so worried i'm gonna get flown from the car.

My SUV leans a lot on turns, so a little extra provocation will get the rear end moving (either bouncing on the rebound bumper or getting the tires slipping). Slippery tires and 500 ft-lbs helps do that too. It can be fun at times, but nowhere near how it would be in a car. Its main advantage is good overtaking ability (as the turbo gets enough time to hit full boost at higher gears).

I have gutless cars too... they are fun to flog around. Saving momentum through corners is very fun and addictive. :)

Soooo sexy!! Why did you change the rims? I like the old ones more tbh :S

I have both :)

I've debating on which one I like more and swapping them for street/track duty, but I feel regardless of what I'll pick, it's one of those...you'll keep looking at the other one kind of things =P

Does it happen after vigorous driving? If so, it may be fade.

Nope. Like on the way to school like that it feels like that.

Honestly, why not TE37s?

you and your TE37's seriously need to chill. There are other wheel choices out there.

I happen to think those RPF1's are glorious. What are those track wheels @exyia? It's tough to tell in the pics. RSII's? 527's (I hope not)? They look nice too.
