Will it bottleneck?

Hello there i am fairly new to the building game and i wanted to know if a 4070 ti super can be matched with a 13700k. If so is it wise to try these two in a mini itx build. Will they bottleneck each other and what ps is recommended for them.

Yes. No. Who knows. If ps == PSU, 750W ATX 3.x.

They're fine together. For ITX? Not ideal, you'll need decent cooling (CPU & inside the case), but doable? Sure. You'd likely get a lot of benefit from undervolting/power limiting the CPU and GPU, depending on the cooling capacity of the case you choose.
