Don't lump me in with them. I'm an enthusiast of mechanic design, be it engines, weaponry, or productive machinery. Not a guy with a wrench that reads the marketing garbage AFE/insert other "enthusiast" brand that can't legally warranty half of their products.

I fail to see a correlation between people screeching variations of "forced induction is more efficient!!! Reclaimed energy!!!" and anything I've said.

If you can't be civil. Please leave

Edit. That goes for everyone in the thread

At least then you're paying for something somewhat tangible. Rather than paying to simply be considered, and for most schools, rejected.

Lucky bastard. I went to a relatively inexpensive school and it was like buying a nice used car twice a year. Or an entry new car once a year. :(

you need a first aid lecture (200usd) then you need to ride atleast 3 hours on a scooter with an istructor in traffic. (500 USD) and taking the test itsself is 100 USD.

I'm tempted to replace my current car with a 2010 Scion TC VVT-i, and I want to know if anyone here can give me some user feedback?

A friend of mine has a 2009 Scion TC VVT-i

It's basically a 2 door Corolla. If that's your thing, go for it. If you ever need more than 2 people in your car, or ever want subwoofers. Look elsewhere

We had more room for stuff in his 2000 Camry than in the 09 TC

I'll go ahead and hint that my car currently doesn't understand the concept of back seats.

what is your current car?

Most of the time a 98 Z28, but occasionally a 99 Miata that is pretty fun but so small it removes practicality.

If you can deal with the no speed and small room. I'd recommend it

The TC is a 9 second car to 60, in good conditions

yes i am on there just under a different user name. maybe that link counts   but seriously i dont really want the fiat (not really my kind of car not sporty enough) just want to help pww grow the car community that is there.  its a good mix between Instagram and jalopnik.
