It's totally up to Twitch.  That kind of behavior would never be allowed on this forum (at least that's my understanding of the rules),  but LMG owns this platform and has a right to decide what is and isn't acceptable here.

We can all agree on the fact, that the popularity of a streamer is directly dependent on the quality of the content they are producing. We don't necessarily look at the appearance of the person to determine if they are a good streamer (I don't think that Linus looks above average, but I love his personality, I love the fact, that he has massively evolved as a person since I had seen him for the first time almost eight years ago). I don't have a problem with a women being women a looking like a women and actually being feminine and attractive, but I think that on website like twitch, the content should be coming first and foremost. 

 

The bottom line is any sexual content should be banned from twitch (and it is stated in the twitch policy), and we should not look at a single sex, because both of them are guilty of using their sexual features for getting subscribers or views.

An entirely irrelevant question. It doesn't matter what Twitch started as. Platforms change and evolve over time. For example, Facebook used to just be for college students. Twitch does a heck of a lot more than just gaming these days.

Cooking is a pretty big category, real life has things in it, every few months they have a big marathon of some show or another. Twitch is evolving beyond just gaming. Gaming is still a big part of it, but let's not pretend its the only part these days.

The women chose to do it and people chose to watch it. They're not harming anyone. I think Twitch needs to address it in some way, find a way to section it off so younger kids are not exposed to it but that's about it. I don't have a puritanical view of the human body or sex. Most of the "harm" caused by nudity is an entirely due to backwards puritanical beliefs that were created solely as a reason to oppress and control people. As long as the streamer is a consenting adult, go for it. I have no interest in watching it, but I don't care that it exists. It doesn't prevent me from watching the streamers I enjoy so why should I care? Neither I nor you are the morality police.

I think people are drifting away from one of the main problems here:

 

I don't have an issue with 'titty streamers' if the rules allowed them to operate as they are but right now, Twitch's ToS as it stands should not allow 'titty streamers' to operate as they are on Twitch.

 

The problem is that Twitch has VERY clear double standards on this rule in regards to the 'titty streamers' and other Twitch users and how Twitch staff basically protect these 'titty streamers' simply because they happen to be into the 'titty streamers' and the fact that the staff either ignore the reports or say it is within the terms of service is the problem here.
